We're excited to announce we have appointed a new apprentice to our ever-growing team.
Olivia Bilton joined our team in October and will be completing a year-long business administration apprenticeship to provide extra support throughout the business.
Olivia said: "I've only been here a couple of weeks but I'm really enjoying helping my colleagues and I feel like I'm learning something new every day."
Olivia had previously combined part time work as a waitress with her studies, managing to achieve excellent GCSE's including 7A'S & 2B's. After embarking on A level courses, Olivia decided that after 12 months she'd prefer to be in a full-time work environment.
She added: I enjoy more of a hands-on experience so completing an apprenticeship with Prosper is the best way for me to learn and develop new skills.
Olivia will be working with all Prosper customers (both Landlords and supply chain partners) in her role.
Rod Brasington, Chief Executive, said: "It's great to have Olivia on board. She has come in at a really exciting time for the business, her enthusiasm and desire to learn are already shining through."
As part of her role, Olivia will be handling the organisation's monthly finances, carrying out daily office duties and event organising.
