  • 9th November 2023

The new partnership between procurement specialist Prosper and the Policy and Public Affairs expert, Northern Housing Consortium, was announced today (November 9th) at the annual Northern Housing Summit.

The partnership will provide each party with access to a wider range of procurement framework and DPS solutions which will enhance the breadth of service and delivery offered to members of both organisations. The collaboration will particularly focus on generating effective solutions for Decarbonisation and Retrofit schemes.

Prosper works with both buyer and supplier members to transform their procurement processes, ensuring proficiency, scale and cost-efficiency, and to foster long-lasting relationships.

Rod Brasington, chief executive of Prosper, said: ‘Our new partnership with Northern Housing Consortium is a fantastic opportunity to share our expertise and experience in assisting our collective members and their residents to successfully navigate the transition to net-zero.

‘Prosper will bring many additional options to the partnership through our extensive range of construction-based solutions including new build, traditional investment works, supply of kitchens, and a range of consultancy services.

‘We cannot wait to get started and are ready to help our partners wherever and whenever they need us.’

Tracy Harrison, chief executive of Northern Housing Consortium, said: ‘I am delighted to be working with the team at Prosper, as we move forward with this exciting new partnership.

‘At the NHC, we are committed to supporting our members in the transition to net-zero, and this partnership enables us to close the loop in our influencing, policy and awareness activity, with a delivery solution too.

‘I look forward to seeing this progress.’

Prosper looks forward to being your procurement partner of choice.
