Pre-Development Analysis

Prosper will work with specialist consultants, for example, Architects, Surveyors, Planners, Ground Investigators, Ecologists, Principal Designers to create profitable development schemes which achieve planning permission in line with RIBA Work Plan Stage 4, then we tender for the delivery works required.

Project Delivery

Once all tendering is completed, we move to managing the delivery of all construction works. We liaise with construction partners to demolish structures, remediate land, undertake scheme groundworks and then move through the build stages to complete all properties on the scheme, completing RIBA Work Plan Stages 5 & 6.

Post Project Review

When all of the works are completed on the development and the scheme is handed over we will complete a Post Project Review with all internal and external stakeholders to identify all potential lessons learned, good and bad.
