Edinburgh Council uses Prosper framework to award £61m fire safety contract
City of Edinburgh Council has awarded a four-year contract to Harmony Fire to deliver fire safety improvements across 30 multi-storey residential buildings in the city centre.
The £61m contract has been awarded using Prosper’s Passive Fire Safety Framework (Scotland) and will see fire safety improvement works including the replacement of communal, ancillary and entrance doorways, alongside enhanced fire stopping, mechanical services upgrades and compartmentation measures.
