We are a not-for-profit strategic business consultancy who specialises in procurement and new build solutions. Prosper’s expert team works with many housing providers and public sector organisations across the England, Wales, and Northern Ireland to find bespoke solutions which ensure optimum value for money.

We work with many housing providers and public sector organisations, we become an extension of their partners’ teams, getting to know their goals so they can be provided with an all-encompassing bespoke project-by-project solution. This approach is unique and enhanced by the provision of end-to-end high level contract management support throughout the life of each project.

We endeavour to make it easy to work with ourselves and our Public Sector Partners, therefore our solutions are through Frameworks, which offer call off methods of direct award or further competition, or Dynamic Purchasing Systems with the call off method of further competition.

Together will have an impact on our region, creating opportunities and positive outcomes for people in our communities, through our Social Value Dividend Fund, which funds projects that offer support to community groups, employability schemes and household management schemes. To date we have provided funding of over £2.8m to the communities of our Landlord Partners.
