Working with leading kitchen manufacturer JTC Furniture, eight members of the North East Housing Partnership (NEHP) are pooling their planned investment programmes for new kitchens, which is expected to provide savings of over £10m over the next ten years.
JTC Kitchen Collaboration case study
In 2023, we forged a strategic partnership with NHC Procurement (a division of the Northern Housing Consortium), unlocking access to a broader range of procurement frameworks and DPS solutions for hundreds of landlords across the UK.
Prosper and NHC have worked together to forge Collaborative Partnership opportunities. NHC bring their policy and secretariat services to support the continued development of Housing Partnerships Collaboration opportunities which are perfectly complimented by Prosper who provide procurement expertise and have created numerous Collaborative Partnership models which optimise value creation across multiple workstreams. A great example of the two organisations bringing their individual specialisms together for the greater good of the sector is through the NEHP 10-year kitchen partnership with JTC. This partnership is anticipated to see 70,000 kitchens assembled, supplied and distributed to Landlords across the North East and Yorkshire saving around £10m over the next ten years. Prosper and NHC anticipate this will be the first collaborative partnership outcome of many to come.
