By reviewing this end-to-end process, Pathfinder helps landlords identify where time, cost and effort are being lost, and where a more co-ordinated approach could improve productivity.
For many landlords, materials management is a major operational pressure. Operatives can lose valuable time travelling to merchants, waiting for stock, dealing with unavailable items or working around inconsistent specifications. Pathfinder is designed to reduce that friction.
The aim is simple: get the right materials to the right place at the right time, so more work can be completed efficiently and more repairs can be resolved first time.
