Award success for client Golden Lane Housing
Congratulations to our client, Golden Lane Housing for winning the Best Customer Experience award at this year’s Northern Housing Awards.
The award is in recognition of their partnership with RE:GEN and celebrates the success of a collaborative retrofit project that has transformed a number of homes for their tenants. Prosper helped facilitate the contract through Lot 3 North West using our Decarbonisation Retrofit Framework (including Refurbishment Works).
The award is in recognition of working closely with RE:GEN to ensure the voices of their tenants shaped every stage of the work. From bespoke scheduling and real-time engagement to personalised adaptations and proactive communication, the project went beyond bricks and mortar to create places that truly feel like home.
This award is a testament to the power of partnership.
