The purpose of our Social Value Dividend Fund is to improve the communities we serve and enable our landlord clients to invest this money into projects and initiatives which best suit their needs.
The amount of funding awarded to landlords is based on the procurement spend with Prosper of each landlord partner enhanced by the addition of a proportion of any surplus Prosper generates.
Landlords are free to allocate the dividend spend to Social Value initiatives which are unique to their communities.
All we ask for is an annual report detailing how the dividend has been used and to highlight the great projects and initiatives that have been delivered in your communities as a result of our funding.
If our Landlord partner wishes to undertake their own Social Value strategy, Prosper’s Social Value Dividend option can be omitted.
