This solution offers a Turnkey Development Solution compliant route to market.
The supply chain partners delivering the works have been rigorously assessed to ensure they have the capability to deliver the works safely, to budget and quality and to regulatory standards.
The solutions offer call off by Direct Award or Further Competition.
Social value is included.
There is no direct cost of use to social landlords.
