PAS2035 Retrofit Consultants Framework

A “whole house” or “whole building” retrofit is what is specified by PAS 2035. This method of installing energy efficiency measures (EEMs) takes into account the needs of the entire building from a technical perspective as well as taking into account factors like occupancy comfort. This solution covers the four distinct roles necessary for these works.

The solution covers regional lots across, North East, Yorkshire and The Humber, North West, West Midlands, East Midlands, East of England, South East, South West, London and Wales.

The benefits of the solution

The Supply Chain Partner delivering these works are suitability qualified and experienced Consultants.
It is a requirement that any organisation carrying out this work within the scope of PAS2035:2019 and any of the Retrofit Roles are TrustMark Approved.
The solutions offer call off by Direct Award or Further Competition.
Social Value is included up to 1% of the total contract value.
There is no direct cost of use to social landlords.
